ALL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL. This includes purchases from our website (https://bilottacollection.com) and at our physical location (The Bilotta Collection, 151 Sawgrass Corners Drive, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082).

 

However, we do want you to love your purchase and your experience with the Bilotta Collection. Although we do not offer refunds on merchandise, we will honor an exchange of equal value. In order for a product to be eligible for an exchange, you must return the product in its original packaging within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. We do not accept damaged or used products for exchange.
